The Torontos are a group influenced by music from the early 1950s and early 1960s. We could define his musical style between frat rock, rock and roll and rhythm and blues.
The band consists of Agustí Burriel (Velvet Candles) on vocals and rhythm guitar, Spencer Evoy (MFC Chicken) on vocals and sax, El Lega (Legacaster) on electric guitar, Xavi Ruiz (Los Locos del Oeste) on electric bass and Berto Martínez (The Kabooms) on drums. In their musical references we can find bands like The Wailers, The Sonics passing through Lee Dresser, The Artesians, The Sheppards, Sam The Sham and even the same Chuck Berry and Johnny Guitar Watson.
